The Next Steps

Thank you for contacting us. One of our patient representatives will contact you soon to assist you with general questions and/or scheduling a consultation. If you are ready to schedule your new patient evaluation, please call (941) 357-1773 in Sarasota and St. Petersburg, (813) 544-3123 in Tampa or (407) 856-3695 in Orlando to speak to an educator.

Patient Evaluation

An in-office Regenexx® consultation typically lasts about 45 to 60 minutes. This comprehensive evaluation will consist of a review of your medical history, imaging studies, lifestyle, etc., as well as a complete physical exam (and diagnostic ultrasound, if appropriate.)  This evaluation will give you a better idea of your condition, treatment, and costs specific to your condition. New patients can save time during their first appointment by completing the New Patient Paperwork prior to their visit. Simply print out the form, fill in the information requested, and return this packet in advance of your visit. There are no obligations to proceed with any treatment, but at the end of your evaluation, you will have a good understanding of which regenerative treatment(s) are appropriate for your condition and a recommended course of action. After the patient evaluation, if you are a candidate, you will receive treatment planning email from your Regenexx Liaison via email. Your liaison will assist you with general planning and scheduling questions, should you decide to proceed with treatment.

Obtaining Your Prior Records

In order to determine whether you are a candidate for our procedures, we need to form a comprehensive picture of your injury to provide the best possible care. Review of recent medical records and imaging is an important part of the consult process. To have your previous medical records released to Regenexx® at New Regeneration Orthopedics, please fill out the Request to Release Medical Records Form and forward this to any office from which you would like to obtain records
